By using fecitaudio.com or any Fecit Audio app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
Our apps and this site
Fecit Audio apps are musical instruments for personal and professional creative use. Apps are purchased through the Apple App Store; your purchase is also subject to Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions, including Apple's policies on refunds.
Your content
Anything you create with our instruments - patterns, melodies, exported MIDI or audio - is yours, entirely. We claim no rights over your music and require no attribution, including for commercial work.

The apps, this website, and their design, code, sounds, and branding are the property of Fecit Audio. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or redistribute them, except where the law permits.
Disclaimers
Apps and site are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We work hard to make reliable instruments, but we do not guarantee they will be uninterrupted or error-free on every device.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fecit Audio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the apps or site. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app concerned.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date above will reflect the latest version. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
