Privacy Policy

Overview

Fecit Audio makes small, focused music instruments. We believe an instrument should not watch you play it. This policy explains what little we collect, and why. In short: our apps collect no personal data, and this website uses only privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics.

Our apps

Fecit Audio apps (including Tap, Arp, and Sam) do not collect, store, or transmit personal data. They require no account, contain no advertising, and include no tracking or analytics. Your patterns, settings, and exports stay on your device. Files you export (such as MIDI or WAV) go only where you choose to share them.

Purchases

Apps are sold through the Apple App Store. Purchases are processed entirely by Apple; we never receive your name, payment details, or billing information. Apple's handling of your data is governed by Apple's own privacy policy.

This website

fecitaudio.com uses Vercel Web Analytics, a cookieless, privacy-friendly service that gives us aggregate page-view counts (such as which pages are visited and from which country). It does not use cookies, does not identify individual visitors, and does not track you across other sites. We do not run advertising or third-party trackers.

Email

If you email us at support@fecitaudio.com, we receive your email address and message and use them only to respond to you. We do not add you to any list or share your address with anyone.

Data retention

We hold no databases of user data. Support emails are kept only as long as needed to help you.

Your rights

Since we collect almost nothing, there is usually nothing to access, correct, or delete. If you have any privacy question or request, email us and we will help.

Changes

If our practices ever change, we will update this page and its date. We will not quietly start collecting more.
